Terms of Service for PopAIReel

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to PopAIReel! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PopAIReel mobile application (the "App"), operated by Bojie International Entertainment Limited ("we", "our", "us").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

Age Requirements

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App
• If you are between 13 and 18, you must have parental or guardian consent
• Some content may be restricted to users 17+ based on content ratings

Account Requirements

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

3. License and Access

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

Restrictions

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

4. User Accounts

Account Termination

All content provided through the App, including videos, images, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User-Generated Content

When you post comments, reviews, or other content ("User Content"), you:

• Retain ownership of your User Content
• Grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your User Content
• Represent that you have the right to post the User Content
• Agree not to post content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes others' rights

Prohibited Content

You may not post User Content that:

• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or threats
• Is pornographic, obscene, or sexually explicit
• Promotes violence or illegal activities
• Contains spam or malicious code
• Impersonates others or is fraudulent

Content Moderation

• We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms

• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice
• We are not liable for any service interruptions

7. Redemption Codes

Code Usage

• We may offer redemption codes for special features or benefits
• Codes are non-transferable and have expiration dates
• Each code can only be used once
• Codes have no cash value

Code Restrictions

• We reserve the right to deactivate fraudulent or improperly obtained codes
• Codes cannot be combined with other offers unless specified
• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or expired codes

• Transmit viruses or malicious code
• Interfere with the App's operation
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Collect user information without consent
• Create multiple accounts to abuse features
• Share your account with others
• Use VPNs or proxies to circumvent geographic restrictions
• Download or record content for redistribution

10. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for:

• Any damages resulting from your use of third-party services

• Google is not responsible for the App or its content
• Google has no obligation to provide support for the App
